Additionally, I found it inconvenient that there were no coffee-making facilities in the room, which is something I expect in a five-star setup. The lack of practical storage for luggage is another drawback, as I had to maneuver a marble bench just to find space. The TV software was frustratingly slow, making it challenging to enjoy entertainment, leading to wasted time trying to load channels. Lastly, the convoluted breakfast process where I received a receipt with a tip option upfront felt a bit out of place, especially when service was standard.
